We are seeking a professional to join our events team as an Event Operations Coordinator.

This is a key role in coordinating bookings, managing client communications, and supporting the delivery of memorable events.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in events coordination, hospitality, or administration, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.

They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is highly regarded, particularly in EventPro.

About the Role
  • Coordinate bookings and manage client communications for event enquiries.
  • Support the delivery of events in collaboration with the events team.
  • Assist with sales administration and reporting.
