Job Opportunity

Mechanical Engineers play a pivotal role in supporting national security missions by designing and optimizing mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science to develop innovative solutions enhancing performance, reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

As an Engineer, Mechanical, your duties will include:

  • Conducting studies, designing, specifying, and servicing mechanical systems.
  • Serving as a technical specialist making authoritative decisions and recommendations impacting extensive engineering and related activities.
  • Negotiating critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies.
  • Providing advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority in broad program areas or intensely specialized areas.
  • Performing other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must have a US TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance.
  • Must have a minimum of a BA/BS in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Must have a minimum of seven years of mechanical engineering experience.
  • Must have a PE-Mechanical license.
