At 360RTO Solutions, we seek a talented Health Education Specialist to join our team based in Melbourne. This is a rare opportunity to lead the design and delivery of professional development courses for fellows, supervisors, and faculty, ensuring that educational programs align with evidence-based principles and innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert education and training advice to the Education Development and Design portfolio.
  • Lead the delivery of professional development courses for faculty.
  • Enhance teaching quality and facilitation skills of surgical education faculty, trainers, and supervisors.
  • Contribute to the ongoing quality assurance and innovation of education, training, and assessment programs.
  • Coordinate the RACS Supervision Project to align education and training services for surgical supervisors.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support compliance with AMC Accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating professional development programs.
  • At least five years of experience in a similar field (Medical Educator).
  • Proven track record in facilitating educator training and providing peer feedback.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and conditions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and evaluating eLearning packages is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Health Education (MSc) or equivalent (e.g. Masters of Education).
  • Background in the health industry (e.g., nursing, allied health, etc.).
