Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving sales growth by expanding the Out of Home customer base, increasing Distribution and Winning in Independent P&C through compliance gains, and ensuring that accounts return an ROI through assets, discounts, and promotions.

About the Role

The Territory Business Manager plays a crucial part in achieving territory sales targets by growing the Out of Home customer base through New Business & competitor hitlists, increasing Distribution & Winning in Independent P&C through compliance gains, and ensuring that accounts return an ROI through assets, discounts, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow the net customer base, identifying new business leads and visiting them regularly.
  • Maximize sales opportunities for all OOH brands in each customer.
  • Achieve NPD and Core Range distribution targets.
  • Implement agreed monthly targets.
  • Ensure new product distribution and speed to shelf.
  • Deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area.
  • Meet return on investment criteria for discounts and capital.
  • Build and maintain Customer and CSR relationships.
  • Participate and comply in all approved company OH&S programmes.
  • Ensure all data is maintained and updated via CRM system.
