Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking clients in for service or repairs
  • Interfacing with technicians to establish the extent of work required and coordinating with the parts team
  • Preparing pricing estimates for service repair orders
  • Communicating with customers to explain the work involved, gain their approval to proceed and provide regular updates on the progress of their vehicles
  • Dealing with Service Warranty Claims
  • Ensuring compliance with Manufacturer Procedures through accurate documentation
  • Collaborating with the Service Manager and Workshop Foreman to ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Managing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred
  • Sound English communication skills - written and verbal
  • Initiative and a hard working attitude
  • The ability to work independently
  • Professionalism and high standards of personal presentation
  • A friendly and approachable personality
  • Ability to be part of a team
