Travel Support Agent Position

We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service as a fully remote Travel Support Agent. This role involves assisting clients with their travel-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing reservations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via multiple channels, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Assist clients with new bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel updates in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to flights, hotels, transportation, and packages, offering solutions quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of client communications, booking changes, and resolutions provided.
  • Communicate with travel suppliers to resolve client concerns, confirm details, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel advisories, airline policies, destination restrictions, and vendor promotions.
  • Recommend value-added services such as travel insurance, upgrades, or excursions to enhance the travel experience.
  • Follow up with clients after their trips to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior customer service or support experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using online tools, booking platforms, and CRM systems.
  • A self-motivated individual who can manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • A passion for helping others and an interest in travel.
