Job Title: Visual Arts Teacher

We are seeking a skilled Visual Arts teacher to join our team at St Lawrence Catholic Primary School.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Visual Arts to students in Prep to Grade 6 in 21 class groups. The Visual Arts teacher is a member of the Specialists team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Visual Arts to students in Prep to Grade 6
  • Develop and implement engaging Visual Arts lessons
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Visual Arts into the curriculum
Requirements
  • Qualifications and/or experience in the field of Visual Arts is desirable
  • Victorian Institute of Teaching registration is required
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
