Job Title: Visual Arts Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Visual Arts Educator to join our team at St Lawrence Catholic Primary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students in Prep to Grade 6 in 21 class groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging Visual Arts programs that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and report student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and/or experience in the field of Visual Arts is desirable
  • Victorian Institute of Teaching registration is mandatory
  • Strong commitment to the philosophy of Catholic education and the values of St Lawrence Catholic Primary School
