This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end performance management processes, with a focus on Sales Incentive Plan-related activities for our Asia Pacific business. You'll work closely with local business leaders and our Central Incentive Manager to ensure our Sales Incentive Plans effectively support business outcomes and company objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with local business leaders and Central Incentive Manager to develop and implement Sales Incentive Plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive long-term growth.
  • Contribute to the development of international best practices and integrate key concepts and learnings into regional Incentive Plans.
  • Manage relevant Sales Incentive Plan approval processes and plan document creations.
  • Support enterprise audit discussions and issue resolution.
