Job Title: Emergency Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide expert emergency nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as an Emergency Registered Nurse.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
