About the Role

As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for handling talent scouting, recruitment, payroll, and other HR-related tasks in Australia.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be instrumental in shaping our company's culture and driving sales success in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Retail Leaders for Growth: Collaborate with Regional Store Managers and Store Managers to assess, develop, and execute talent and organizational strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition Expert: Oversee the entire retail hiring process – finding the best candidates and creating an exceptional employee experience.
  • Onboarding Specialist: Guide new hires through an engaging onboarding experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for success as they embark on their in-store training.
  • HR Generalist: Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on all things people-related – hiring, performance, employee relations, and team morale.
  • Payroll Administrator: Manage Australian timekeeping and payroll processes, working closely with our US-based payroll team and third-party systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
