About the Junior Wills Professional

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Wills and Estate Practitioner to join our expanding team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in helping clients plan for the future and protect their loved ones through the preparation of comprehensive estate plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Advise clients on asset protection strategies, tax minimization techniques, and beneficiary designations to safeguard their interests.
  • Guide clients through the probate process, providing clear explanations and reassurance throughout.
  • Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a deep understanding of complex legal matters.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to deliver exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Law degree from an accredited law school, demonstrating a strong foundation in estate planning and administration.
  • Previous experience or a keen interest in Wills and Estates law, preferably with a focus on estate planning and probate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, allowing for seamless collaboration and client engagement.
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, essential for building trust and rapport with clients navigating complex legal matters.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing, with the ability to produce clear and concise briefs and reports.
  • A desire to help families navigate the complexities of estate planning and make a lasting impact on the lives of their clients.
