Based in the heart of Sydney's CBD, the National Probate and Estates Group is a wills & estates law firm offering will-drafting, estate administration, and estate litigation services across all Australian States and Territories.
This PLT position is unpaid, but there is an opportunity for the right candidate to secure a full-time salaried junior solicitor position at the end of this internship.
The role is performed at our office, with no WFM opportunity.
Requirements:

Interest in wills & estates
Ability to work well in a high-volume environment
Prior office experience is ideal
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills

The Role - Key Responsibilities Include:

Answering calls and liaising with clients and enquirers
Photocopying and document preparation
Assisting solicitors with administration applications
Drafting correspondence
Filing documents via an electronic Court portal
Content creation such as blog work
Preparing briefs to counsel
