About the Role
As a key member of our operations team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers during the uplift and delivery process.
- Pack and unpack customer effects with care, ensuring their belongings are handled with precision and attention to detail.
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Complete paperwork accurately, utilizing a tablet or other required tools, and communicate effectively with customers throughout the process.
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and tidy workspace, including vehicles, equipment, and warehouse areas.
