Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our client families, including administration, service, and technical support.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with our Funeral Directors and other team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to client families and Funeral Directors during services in our chapels
  • Organize daily schedules, prepare spaces, and run services, meeting and greeting attendees
  • Juggle multiple tasks while adapting to changing situations

Requirements:
