Care Worker Opportunities

 

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill Care Worker positions. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their own homes.

About the Role

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship to clients
  • Accessing client information and documenting progress or hazards to ensure client safety and wellbeing
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet client needs
  • Maintaining client dignity and choice

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability or Individual Support (completed or working towards completing is highly desirable)
  • Regular background checks (Police Check, First Aid, CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role
