In-Home Caregivers Wanted

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality in-home caregiving services to individuals with disabilities or age-related needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, mealtime assistance, companionship, and other support services to clients in their homes.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and incident reports.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in caregiving, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged).
- A reliable vehicle with a current driver's license.
- Good communication skills, flexibility, and availability for various shifts.
- Experience working with clients with complex physical needs.
- Ability to speak and write in English.
