Assistant Team Leader Role

About the Role

The Assistant Team Leader will be responsible for assisting the team leader in managing a team of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. This includes coordinating daily operations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.

  • Assist the team leader in planning and implementing team goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their performance and productivity
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, time management, and conflict resolution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Minimum 4 days availability Monday–Friday
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
