Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team of industry leaders.

The successful candidate will work closely with our commercial and product teams, as well as our General Counsel and Company Secretary.

Key responsibilities include providing clear, pragmatic and solutions-focused legal advice across commercial law, contract negotiation, intellectual property, privacy and risk management.

Additionally, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer and supplier agreements, maintaining and enhancing our suite of legal templates, tools and precedents, contributing to the legal risk framework and supporting compliance with relevant regulatory obligations, and assisting with the management of our IP portfolio, including trademarks and licensing agreements.
