Part-Time Assistant Store Manager - Noosa

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-end retail environment, with a proven track record of driving store performance and achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and bringing the brand to life through strong visual merchandising.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a brand-new store in an iconic location from day one. The successful candidate will work closely with the Retail Manager to achieve commercial success and foster a culture of growth for our team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment
  • Ability to drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Proven ability and passion to train, develop and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and expectations
  • An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
