  • Lead, motivate, and develop their team in accordance with company's standards and guidelines.
  • Manage budgets and targets, analyzing efficiency to achieve company objectives.
  • Drive sales and achieve KPIs across all departments.
  • Plan and manage store rostering alongside department managers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions.
  • Use industry knowledge to conduct market research, delivering feedback to Head Office.
  • Manage deliveries and stock replenishment.
  • Conduct store briefings and prepare updates on priorities and operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and any inappropriate behavior.

About You:

  • 4+ years' experience managing large teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
  • Desire professional growth and inspire the same in your team.
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week, committing to a set roster with mix of weekdays & weekends.
