Job Overview

We are seeking experienced demolition specialists for various projects in Sydney. Demolition tasks include removing tiles, walls and fixtures from bathrooms, laundry rooms and other structures.

Demolition Responsibilities
  • Remove tiles, walls and fixtures from bathrooms and laundry rooms.
  • Demolish pools and footings, including excavation and removal of fill.
  • Freestanding structures: demolish garages, sheds, kitchens, laundries.
  • Retaining and boundary features: remove timber fences and retaining walls.
  • Site preparation: cut and fill for new land, coordination for next stages.
  • Car yard demolition and scrap: remove and dispose of demolition debris.
  • Additional demolition tasks: remove wall and floor tiles, tubs and frames, vanities and mirrors.
  • Demolish and remove caravan and annex, carport and sheds, and other structures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Schedule: Next few weeks; site visits on weekdays during business hours.
  • Qualifications: Experience in demolition, ability to assess and execute as described.

Please note that asbestos clearance certificate may be required for certain jobs.
