A dynamic role awaits for a Marketing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of marketing activities in support of our Residential Communities Business to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

  • Support Marketing Managers to execute local marketing plans and key initiatives, including national and local lead and sales campaigns, execution of land release activity, project events, new project launches, database communication planning, content development and management for online and offline channels, project collateral and maintenance, digital channel maintenance, signage refresh and updates.
  • Ensure LAM plans are executed consistently adopting agreed frameworks and practices, ensuring within scope, budget and timeframe.
  • Participate in the development of broader marketing, sales and customer experience initiatives, defining strategies for key touch points, managing job costs and productivity of suppliers through strong and clear briefing requirements.
  • Actively manage marketing and sales to deliver a superior customer experience at critical points of the customer journey.

About You

  • You should have marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to the production of marketing materials, as well as strong administration experience and ability to project manage.
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A Marketing degree or completion of one would be beneficial but not essential for the role.
