About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team at our Grafton site. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our concrete pipe production equipment, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain concrete pipe production equipment, including moulds and other machinery
  • Assist in the production of concrete pipes, including casting, assembling, and finishing
  • Perform yard duties, including general site clean-up, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting customers with product pickup
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to Holcim's safety and environmental policies
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience in concrete production, or a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area. You will also need to possess a current driver's license, strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibilities, and a forklift license and front-end loader experience is desirable.
