About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Executive to join our team at Spark Foundry. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for autonomously planning and implementing client campaigns, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and partner agencies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and present innovative communications ideas to internal teams.
  • Create clear and coherent plans that support client business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and economic issues affecting buys.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum budget is spent and campaigns are performing effectively.
  • Reconcile campaign delivery and ensure final delivered plans reflect billings.
  • Develop, train, and delegate effectively with clear instructions and detailed deliverables.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Expert understanding and working knowledge of the Australian media landscape.
  • Microsoft Office platforms knowledge: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience using tools such as eTAM, BMD, Roy Morgan, EMMA, eRAM, Nielsen Digital/Answers, Sizmek, and/or DCM.
  • Develops professional relationships with media partners, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confident and engaging interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and progression.
  • Project management and time management skills.
