The Opportunity

We are seeking a Management Consultant with expertise in change management to join our Advisory team in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will guide our clients through organisational transformations, ensuring seamless transitions and maximising the benefits of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the effective acceptance of large change programs in complex environments
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build a shared understanding of the change vision and secure buy-in at all levels
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs

We want to hear from you if you possess a positive and tenacious attitude, with an ability to make things happen and alignment with our company purpose to 'Make Everyday Better'. You will also need to be able to obtain a current Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance at Baseline level or higher.
