Job Opportunity: Dairy Manager

  We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dairy Manager to lead our dairy department. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dairy section, including inventory management, team leadership and customer service.

  About the Job:

  Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have full accountability for the running of the dairy department. Your responsibilities will include leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, managing stock levels and maintaining excellent department standards.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent department standards;
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation routines, reduce wastage and shrinkage, and ensure quality control;
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive engagement and deliver exceptional customer service;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions.

  Requirements:
