Senior Civil Engineer Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Perth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work on a range of iconic projects within the defence, health, energy and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a range of iconic projects within the defence, health, energy and commercial sectors.
- Manage ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients.
- Proactively determine, manage, monitor and control scope of works.
- Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and civil engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards.
- Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
- Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team.
- Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil Engineering).
- Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable).
- Excellent expertise in civil engineering and design documentation, including roads, carparks, public realm, earthworks, stormwater and utility coordination.
- Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes.
- Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects.
- Expertise in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging and scale and sector, e.g. commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions.
