About the Role

We are seeking a General Registered Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, or Qualified Counsellor to join our team. As a clinician with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mental Health Training and Assessment: Provide evidence-based training, assessment, and treatment to clients with various mental health conditions and goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with clients, medical professionals, case managers, and employers to help individuals return to work and engage with their community.
  • Assessments and Interventions: Utilize clinical skills to complete assessments and interventions that promote positive outcomes.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organisational standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A General Psychology Registration with AHPRA or equivalent accreditation.
  • An Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW) or Qualified Counsellor (ACA Level 3 or 4) qualification.
  • The ability to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation.
  • Permanent residency in Australia.
