Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with software and systems engineers to plan, manage and optimize mission-critical services for high availability and performance.
  • Design and implement automation strategies to prevent recurring issues and meet stringent service level objectives that foster product reliability.
  • Foster open communication with engineering teams to leverage existing frameworks, participate in on-call rotations, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms, and 1 year of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
  • Excellent communication skills and expertise in Site Reliability Engineering, Java, C++, Go, production infrastructure, mobile development, and application deployment.
