Senior Cleaning Services Manager

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing and supervising cleaning activities across various locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, prioritizing work, and meeting contractual standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and Organisation: Develop and implement plans to meet targets and deadlines while providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and the contract team to ensure successful delivery of operational cleaning projects.
- Service Delivery: Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with standards and KPIs are met.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A qualification in Cleaning Operations or a tertiary degree in a related field (or demonstrated equivalent professional training and experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in managing multisite cleaning operations under commercial arrangements.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
