We are seeking an experienced Product Developer to join our own brand team.
This role is responsible for driving the conception and development of all products in allocated categories, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Design Team, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless handovers of developments, accurate technical packs, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide strategies and OKRs.
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Select, develop, and source fabrications, colours, trims, etc., in line with company standards.
- Ensure best fit is achieved through technical expertise and collaboration with the Design Team.
- Approve all details of final products in line with original design briefs.
- Identify manufacturing opportunities and contribute to range planning meetings.
- Participate in product development projects to drive commercial success.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in product development or design.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
