The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing rehabilitation services across various settings, including community, acute wards, and Outreach locations.
As a Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, you will provide goal-based, person-centred rehabilitation that is guided by evidence-based practice, via clinic-based, home-based, and virtual service modalities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality rehabilitation services to clients/patients in various settings.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs that are tailored to individual needs.
- Continuously develop specialist rehabilitation skills and knowledge through ongoing training and education.
