We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Healthcare Valuations Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on major healthcare valuations and transactions, providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance, and conducting vendor and acquisition due diligence.

As a Healthcare Valuations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of innovative solutions to deliver real-world value to our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist on and be at the forefront of major healthcare valuations and transactions.
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a variety of projects and transactions.
  • Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers.
  • Collaborate on new and innovative healthcare practices.
  • Support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients.
  • Utilise real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
Skill Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience as a qualified valuer or as an assistant valuer.
  • A general understanding of the health and aged care sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred.
