We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality repairs and construction services across various locations in Brisbane and surrounding areas. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and safely, while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Confirming project scope and budget accuracy
  • Estimating and scheduling repairs
  • Monitoring and implementing safety protocols
  • Project planning and coordination
  • Overseeing all aspects of construction, repair, and restoration
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in building-related trades or relevant qualifications
  • A valid QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
  • Working knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, WHS, SWMS, and PPE requirements
  • Experience in managing sites and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
