Café Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Café Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our café operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our café.

Key responsibilities include preparing food, serving customers, cleaning, and operating the cash register. You will work closely with our team to achieve our goals and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service.

Requirements

  • A strong background in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • You should possess knowledge of safe food handling practices and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial, as well as your ability to work effectively within a team environment and alongside people of all abilities.
  • You will need to hold or obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check, complete the NDIS Orientation Module, and acquire a Victorian Working with Children Check.
