Speech Pathologist Role

We offer a Graduate Program designed to support new Speech Pathologists in their transition. This program provides high-level supervision, ongoing support, and a manageable caseload to ease into the role.

You will work closely with experienced clinicians who will mentor you throughout your journey. You will also have 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with senior clinicians and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

The program offers flexible work arrangements, including working in-clinic and in-community settings. You will receive competitive salaries, over 100 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) per year, and generous leave policies.

As a Speech Pathologist, your primary focus will be on helping children achieve development milestones, educating parents and carers, and addressing communication disorders. Your specific responsibilities may include treating stuttering, articulation disorders, literacy difficulties, and food safety skills.
