Job Title

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Installation and Commissioning Specialist to oversee the installation of a fat and protein recovery plant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equipment and process operations, as well as experience in training maintenance and production staff.

This role requires close attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring compliance with national and local health, safety, and environment regulations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing capacity tests, training staff, managing project schedules, and coordinating site teams.

  • Oversee capacity test ending with complete handover to the customer
  • Train maintenance and production staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations
  • Manage project schedule and quality
  • Coordinate site team-members and daily contacts with client, project manager, and other relevant departments

Requirements:

  • Detailed mechanical knowledge of equipment and process understanding
  • Experience in installation of heavy equipment, steam pipes, access ways, and automatization
  • Knowledge of steam heated cooking, presses, air treatment, conveyor, pressure piping/valves, pumps, separation systems, storage bins, electrical control panels, Scada pc, wiring of electrical equipment
