Job Title: PR and Communications Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled PR and Communications Manager to join our dynamic team at Frontline Recruitment Group. As a key member of our luxury sector team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans that enhance our brand image and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications strategies to promote brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Oversee all press materials, including press releases, media kits, and editorial content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and values.
  • Organise and manage showroom events, product launches, and media previews, ensuring a luxurious experience for attendees.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align communications with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Manage crisis communications and develop proactive strategies to mitigate reputation risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR and communications, preferably within the luxury or high-end consumer goods sector.
  • Proven track record of successful media relations and securing high-profile coverage.
  • Experience in organising and executing events, particularly in luxury or high-stakes environments.
  • Strong editorial skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
