**Occupational Therapist Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a rewarding role that will make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients. In this position, you will play a crucial part in supporting clients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them return to work and engage in activities of daily living.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications as an Occupational Therapist or similar disciplines such as Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, or Osteopath with relevant professional accreditation. Previous occupational rehabilitation experience is desired, but not required, as we strive for our team to be driven and show integrity in their role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients recovering from workplace or motor vehicle injuries to return to work and activities of daily living.
  • Conducting a range of services - workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning.
  • Collaborating with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to build effective relationships and support client outcomes.
  • Contributing to service innovation and quality improvement.

What You'll Need:

  • Tertiary qualifications as an Occupational Therapist or similar disciplines.
  • Relevant professional accreditation (APHRA, ESSA).
  • Previous occupational rehabilitation experience is desired, but not required.
  • Current driver's license & access to a vehicle.
