Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced occupational therapist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual interested in delivering NDIS therapy services.

The Role Involves:
  • Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to achieve desired outcomes
  • Conducting clinical assessments to evaluate functional capacity and identifying areas for improvement
  • Developing participant-centred goals based on professional expertise and evidence-based practice
  • Providing leadership opportunities, including mentoring junior clinicians
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide best-practice support services that increase independence and life skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality therapy services to participants
  • Participating in regular supervision and peer review to ensure continued professional development
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to stakeholders as required
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist
  • 2+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
