Job Description:

  • The Integrated Logistics Support Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive logistics strategies, including the analysis of maintenance strategies and sparing requirements. ">">
  • They will also oversee logistics support activities, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to new capabilities across multiple defence sites. ">">
  • Additionally, they will lead a dedicated ILS team, developing key training programs and technical documentation in support of the transition. ">">
  • Stakeholder relationships, including military personnel and industry partners, must also be coordinated by this role. ">">
  • Continuous improvement in logistics support processes is also an expectation, along with compliance with Defence regulatory requirements. ">">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • University Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), or equivalent experience. ">">
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant logistics engineering experience in complex technical environments. ">">
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in logistics support analysis and documentation. ">">
  • Advanced knowledge of integrated logistics systems and maintenance requirement methodologies. ">">
  • Proven ability to both lead teams and personally deliver technical ILS outputs. ">">
  • Experience in defence technology related industry. ">">
  • Defence procurement and engineering practices experience, particularly in acquisition and in-service support phases. ">">
