Are you a seasoned logistics professional looking for a challenging career? We require an experienced Integrated Logistics Support Lead to join our project at Defence Air Traffic System (ADATS) Capability Assurance Program.

About the Role

This key position involves developing and executing comprehensive logistics strategies, including hands-on analysis tasks, while supporting the Project IPT Lead. Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking integrated logistics support activities as part of system modernisation, including development, implementation, and analysis.
  • Conducting and overseeing logistics support analysis to optimise maintenance strategies and sparing requirements.
  • Leading a dedicated ILS team and developing training programs and technical documentation.
  • Coordinating stakeholder relationships with military personnel and industry partners.
  • Driving continuous improvement in logistics support processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Candidates must be eligible for a Baseline Security clearance.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant logistics engineering experience in complex technical environments.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in logistics support analysis and documentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of integrated logistics systems and maintenance requirement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver technical ILS outputs.
  • Experience in defence technology related industry and procurement practices.
