Fishing Operations Specialist

Salary:
The salary for this position will be commensurate with skills and experience, with annual salaries ranging from $65,835 to over $73,150. This includes government-regulated superannuation guarantee.
Job Description: Fishing Crew Member
We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill various positions on our vessels, including Ships Master, Ships Engineer, Master Fisher, Ships Officer, Deckhands & Fishing Hands, and Seafood Processors.
As a member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our vessels and the efficient processing of seafood products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ships Master: 5 years' relevant experience in the fishing industry, with a valid Master's license.
- Ships Engineer (Fishing): 5 years' experience as a marine engineer, with a valid ticket.
- Master Fisher: 5 years' experience in fishing operations, with a valid ticket.
- Ship's Officer: 5 years' experience in ship operations, with a valid ticket.
- Fishing and Deckhands: 1 year's experience in fishing operations, with verifiable references.
- Seafood Processors: 2 years' experience as a seafood processor, with verifiable references.
