About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Johnny Bigg. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products and answer any questions they may have.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and replenishing merchandise.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and appealing shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be a team player, able to work effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

  • Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales floor role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
