Compliance Leadership Role

This strategic leadership position plays a pivotal role in the APAC Compliance and Conduct Risk team, responsible for leading regulatory change and compliance management across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Frameworks: Oversee the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks, policies, and systems to ensure effective compliance management.
  • Regulatory Change & Implementation: Lead the regulatory change function, driving the identification, assessment, and implementation of new requirements across the business.
  • Monitoring & Assurance: Lead the monitoring and assurance activity to assess compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Reporting: Support the preparation of accurate, insightful compliance reports for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, law, or compliance (professional compliance accreditation highly regarded) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep practical and technical expertise in compliance, including obligation management, compliance plans, and regulatory change.
  • Knowledge of commercial regulatory environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership attributes with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
