Job Title: Branch Service Manager

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with hire equipment, learning how each machine works and how to service and prepare gear for future use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and prepare hire equipment for customer use
  • Conduct regular inspections of gear in and out, complete condition reports and paperwork as required
  • Assist customers in the yard, including loading and unloading with a forklift
  • Support the hire counter team by providing knowledge and assistance
Requirements
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery or small engines
  • Reliable, motivated and customer-focused attitude
  • Valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one quickly
  • Previous experience in hire, trade or a service industry
