Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Governance Analyst to join our Global Reward department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality materials for senior management, the Board, and regulators, requiring strong communication and influencing skills.
- Prior experience of remuneration regulation within the financial services sector is advantageous.
- A high level of numeracy and analytical skills, combined with excellent Excel knowledge, are required.

Key Responsibilities
Support the team by monitoring peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures, drafting clear and concise materials, and advising on compliance with remuneration regulations.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to prepare year-end processes and materials to support the Board in their engagement with investors and corporate governance bodies.
Key Requirements
2-3 years of experience in an accounting or remuneration related role.
High level of numeracy and analytical skills, combined with excellent Excel knowledge.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
