Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Parking Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating lasting memories.

You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, manage pick-up times for early departures, and ensure the efficient delivery and collection of guest luggage and mail.

In addition, you will guide guests to their room, assist with their luggage, and maintain a clean and presentable lobby area at all times.

  • Safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles
  • Managing pick-up times for vehicles to ensure they are on-site for early departures
  • Checking the daily arrival list for VIPs or guests with special needs
  • Ensuring the efficient delivery and collection of guest luggage, mail, messages, and equipment
  • Guiding guests to their room and assisting with their luggage
  • Ensuring the lobby/foyer area remains clean and presentable at all times
