**What you can expect in a day in this role**:
We're looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. This could include working for our Conference and Events team serving a gala dinner or working corporate functions, Waitstaff for our Longhorn Restaurant, stirring and shaking up cocktails in the Birdcage bar or pouring beers in our other bars across the venue.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage environment
- Minimum basic knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktails
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation, or the ability to obtain
- Availability to work across a range of shifts, including day and night events that may be rostered on weekdays as well as weekends and public holidays
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate both slow periods and thriving busy times
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
